The position requires a dynamic individual who:

• Is passionate, outgoing and people-oriented
• Has excellent oral and written communication skills
• Can function in a multi-tasking environment
• Is flexible with respect to working hours

Duties:

• Greeting customers, answering phone, transacting payments in all forms, ensuring the prompt ordering and delivering of optical products, preparing and executing correspondence via email, fax, etc.

Requirements: 

• Minimum of five (5) CXC/CSEC subjects including Math, English and a science subject.
• At least three (3) years experience in a similar position (experience in the optical field would be an asset but in-house training will be done)
• Proficient in basic computer programmes especially Word and Excel
