The selectee for this position will serve as an Administrative Support Assistant (OA) in the Administrative Department of Region Legal Service Office Southwest RLSO SW) of RLSO SOUTHWEST SAN DIEGO CA.
Duties
The successful selectee will perform the following duties:
- You will support the command with various programs such as the Command Sponsorship Program; Navy Standard Integrated Personnel System; Individual Medical and Dental Readiness; Safety & Occupational Health; Navy Family Accountability and Assessment System; Drug and Alcohol Abuse Prevention; Voting Assistance; and Facility Sustainment /Environmental Programs.
- You will maintain time cards, evaluations, awards, and performance management processes.
- You will create and maintain organization listings, recall rosters, personnel locators, and other correspondence.
- You will be a liaison between command and outside agencies working closely with the Administrative Officer.
