Next Week is National Nurses Week
May 6-12, 2017 will celebrate National Nurses Week 2017 with the theme “Nursing: the Balance of Mind, Body, and Spirit”. This week, developed by the American Nurses Association, honors the many nurses working the multiple fields of the health care profession. This year’s theme recognizes the celebration of nurses who lead the way for health and wellness.
Another useful tool is their National Nurses Week 2017 Resource Toolkit available for download off their website.
On Wednesday, May 10, 2017 at 1: 00 PM EST there will be a webinar called, “A Nurses’ Guide to Preventing Compassion Fatigue, Moral Distress, and Burnout.” During this live event hear about the latest research and tools and strategies to restore meaning into your practice and life.
