The Management and Program Analyst, located in the Office of Healthcare Inspections (OHI), is responsible for providing administrative and SharePoint technical support for Rapid Response Group.
This position will be selected from one of the following locations: Arlington, VA, Atlanta, GA, Baltimore, MD, Bay Pines, FL, Bedford, MA, Chicago, IL, Dallas, TX, Denver, CO, Kansas City, MO, Los Angeles, CA, San Diego, CA, Seattle, WA or Washington DC.

Duties
The following are the duties of this position at the GS-12. If you are selected at a lower grade level, you will have the opportunity to learn to perform all these duties, and will receive training to help you grow in this position.
- Serve as a contact point on administrative matters; and insure efficient operations and adherence to program policies, regulations, and procedures.
- Manage Rapid Response time and attendance, travel, training, supplies, and other administrative duties.
- Participate in the development of Rapid Response templates and reports, information analysis, and organization and coordination of Sharepoint sites.
- Retrieval and integration of data from different information systems, and provide support to Rapid Response SharePoint end-users.
- Serve as a contact point on administrative matters; and insure efficient operations and adherence to program policies, regulations, and procedures.
