Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-04 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Using automated personnel systems and applying pay/personnel policies, rules, and regulations to perform administrative human resource support functions (i.e., processing personnel actions, reviewing personnel information for discrepancies, maintain databases, and preparing reports, briefings, and correspondence). OR Have successfully completed 4 years above high school level OR Have a combination of experience and education as described above that equates to one year of experience. My percentage of the required education plus my percentage of the required experience equal one hundred percent.

Must be able to obtain an interim and/or final (e.g., confidential/secret/top secret, etc.) security clearance prior to entrance on duty AND must be able to maintain the required level of clearance while employed in the subject position. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
Physical Demands: The work is primarily sedentary with some carrying of computer reports, boxes and ledgers of moderate weight. Work requires long periods of sitting at a desk and manually dexterity to the degree necessary to operate a calculator, electric typewriter, telephone and personal computer.
Work Environment: The work is normally performed in a well-lighted, climate controlled office setting.
