Executive Administrative Assistant
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Accounting
- Computer literacy
- Minimum three (3) years experience
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Confidentiality
- Excellent time management skills, written and oral communication skills
- Ability to function appropriately and interact professionally with senior management and board executives
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Managing day to day office activities
- Planning and scheduling meetings and appointments
- Preparing reports and filing minutes of meetings
- Handling correspondence
- Ensuring files and records are organized and maintained
- Maintain risk register
- Maintain HRD staff records
- Liaise with board and committees
- Participate in the co-ordination and implementation of special events
