CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (Kingston, Jamaica ) - Neveast Supplies Limited

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact for customers and ensure that outstanding service is delivered to each customer from the moment of initial contact. Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about our products and services. 
• Initiates and/or implements corrective action as needed in order to ensure that an excellent standard of service and a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained. 
• Create and maintain a friendly and welcoming environment. 
• Consistent display of world class customer service and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
• Academically qualified to a Diploma level
• Formal Customer Service Training required
• Minimum 3 years experience in customer service field in retail
• Must be computer literate
• Age between 25 – 30 years old
• Must have a friendly and positive attitude
