Guardsman Group Limited, the leading security solutions provider in Jamaica and the Caribbean, requires suitably qualified candidates for the following post.

SALES REPRESENTATIVES (KINGSTON AND MONTEGO BAY)

Candidates should be goal oriented individuals with a proven track record of strategically building sales and developing new business opportunities for the Group.

Responsibilities:

• Attain new business to meet sales targets
• Manage an ongoing sales pipeline
• Update the Group Sales Manager of field findings, sales updates and reports
• Participate in sales meetings
• Represent the company at various meetings to promote the diverse products and services within the Group
• Respond to and follow up on sales inquiries
• Communicate, liaise and negotiate to foster and maintain exceptional customer relationships

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of three (3) years quota driven experience in sales
• Have a natural passion and disposition for sales
• Bachelor's degree in Sales and Marketing or similar qualification would be an asset
• Must be the holder of a valid driver's license and own a reliable motor vehicle
• Experience in sales negotiations
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Self-motivated and possess the ability to work on own initiative
