Production Supervisor

The successful applicant must have:

• Culinary certification or equivalent and/or experience
• Good working knowledge of bakery production equipment and process controls
• A minimum of two (2) years experience in a supervisory role with hands-on bakery experience
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Computer literate
• Experience in ordering, inventory maintenance and shrink control
