Description:
ANGLICAN CHURCH OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

The successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient and smooth running of the Church, the management of the Church Office and the provision of support services to the clergy by delivering a full suite of administrative and supervisory services.

Key Responsibilities
■ Ensure timely, efficient, and cost effective delivery of all administrative and supervisory services.
■ Organizing, maintaining and securing complete, orderly and current data files and records on all areas of church life.
■ Providing clerical, administrative and logistical support for the Rector and Officers of the Church.
■ Administer and maintain Church calendar, records and documents.
• Supervise the maintenance and use of the Church facilities.
• To keep abreast of church protocol to enable channelling of information to proper committees.

Qualifications:
Qualifications & Experience
• Excellent written, oral and communication skills
■ Competent with Microsoft Office Suite
• Highly self-motivated and ethically conscious

• Ability to interact successfully with others
• Ability to multi task and prioritize work to meet deadlines
• At least three (3) CAPE passes or equivalent, including English /communications and Mathematics.
▪ Minimum of three (3) years' supervisory experience.
• Professionalism and confidentiality
