The Inbound Customer Service Representative is a member of our Operations Team that works 24/7 Hours: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm   Inbound Customer Service Representative Role:  Schedule video reservations within database  Create work orders for video site certification and video resource scheduling  Provide excellent customer service  Manage video reservation conflicts  Answer phones and emails  Schedule multipoint video and audio conferences Enter data in to department database  Attend department meetings and training as needed  Assume other duties and responsibilities as needed Background Profile: Minimum high school degree or equivalent, college degree preferred  1-2 years' Customer Service Experience in a Call Center Environment is a MUST  Professional Phone Skills  Strong Attention to Detail & Multitasking  Excellent Follow-Up Skills  Experience with video conferencing is desired
