Job Summary

If you love to work at a fast-paced agriculture environment and desire to work for most under-served community in nation - farmers, we want to hear from you. We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic individual to take over the position of ‘Manager - Sales’. You’ll visit villages around the area of work and meet farmers. You’ll market LeanAgri products, sell it to farmers and work on related operations. If you are interested to grow and learn in your career and at the same time support our farmers, we encourage you to apply.

Job Requirements

1) Manage B2C Business -Sale to farmers – Sell LeanAgri services to farmers through farmer meetings and other relevant activities 2) Manage and lead a team of sales associates 3) Onboard agri-input dealers and distributors as channel partners 4) Onboard FPOs and FPCs as sales partners Coordination with farmers - Collecting soil samples, maintaining farm profile, etc. 5) Farmer Interaction - Forming WhatsApp groups and driving discussions 6) Willing to stay in village full-time/part-time and travel across the locations

General Skills

• Ability to interact with diverse set of groups ranging from farmers to traders.

Technical Skills

• Graduate degree in any field (Agri graduates are preferred)
• Minimum three years’ experience in agri-sales is preferred
• Must be fluent in Marathi language
