JOB DESCRIPTION​

Job Purpose and Impact​

Are you looking for a role that requires a diverse skill set in a regulatory environment? The Assistant Manager FSQR will provide subject matter expertise with quality management system,Government regulation and Food / Feed regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include developing, implementing, and maintaining processes and programs built to assure compliance with existing local regulations and requirements. This position performs work under limited supervision as an independent contributor while working with cross functional teams to support business needs.

Key Accountabilities​

- You will performs inspection of finished or in-process goods, analyzes data, and identifies trends in defects or errors.

- You will conducts root cause analysis for defects, non-conformities, or other quality failures.

- You will responsible for understanding the Food Safety Initiative (FSI) i.e ISO 22000 standards assisting with implementation and certification

- You are responsible for coordination of Food Safety quality and Regulatory functions including continuous improvement processes, compliance to audits, and assisting with customer specifications and quality issues.

- You are in charge to ensure Food Safety or product quality regulatory training and new procedure implementation are executed and completed timely and accurately.

- You will drive the Total Quality Management initiatives for the site in operation.

- You will promoting awareness of customer requirements throughout downline team.

- You will review and update quality system time to time upon any changes in the process of site.

- You will manage the training, coaching, and mentoring to team members.

- Plan, coordinate and direct all Regulatory compliance, laboratory, Food/feed Safety, and quality programs within the location to Ensure compliance with customer, supplier, and government requirements and expectations.

- other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

 

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline, or minimum 4 years

of related work experience.

• Analytical written and oral communication

• Planning, execution and people management

Preferred Qualifications

• 5 - 6 years of work experience in a research field

• Basic Knowledge of Quality Standards & Quality Tools - Applies

knowledge of quality standards and tools to enhance food safety

and quality.

• Knowledge on Statistical Quality Control.

• Able to understand Lab Audits/QMS (Safety, Quality and NIR)

accurately and conduct the Internal audits.

• Ability to be prepare Quality System.

• Should be good co-coordinator and have good communication

skill.

• Good Analytical and Problem solving skill.

• Ability to adapt and learn in a changing work environment.

• Ability to work independently.

• Ability to work in a team environment.
