Rehospitalization Rates Will Determine SNF Reimbursement for the Next Decade. Smarter RNs Lower Rehospitalization Rates!

Lower rehospitalization rates are key to success under the new CMS Value-Based Purchasing (VBP) program.  CMS is tracking skilled nursing rehospitalization rates for the SNF VBP program and began using those rates to determine Medicare Part A payment levels as of October 1, 2018.

AHCA/NCAL Gero Nurse Prep does much more than just prepare RNs to take the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) board certification exam in gerontological nursing. It increases experienced RNs’ knowledge of gerontological nursing practice.
