Description of PRISM
The financial services business is a group of businesses including automated clearing houses, loyalty rewards programs, online and retail bill payment, international remittance, statement processing, data storage, eCommerce and pre-paid credit cards.  The strategy is to rapidly grow its customer facing digital financial services offering across the Caribbean and beyond.

Primary Purpose of Role
To be the SME across the FS Group on Bill Payments and Remittance. This includes product development, P and L management, new territory launches, and BAU performance

Primary objective of the job:

• Manage our existing multi-tenanted payment / remittance agency                                                                                                                            
• Expand our bill payment/remittance solutions across the group and into new territories
• P and L Management in a matrix organization
• Commercial planning relating to budgets, forecasting and longer term objectives
• Work effectively with Team across the FS Group and Digicel relevant stakeholders
• Work effectively with our multiple partners and key third parties
• Ensure customer journey across products or services are effective including oversight of technology development
• Report to ExCo on a regular basis

Academic qualifications and experience required for job:

• Undergraduate degree (business degree preferred)
• Retail financial services (money transfer/bill payments) expertise
• Understanding of risk, compliance and regulatory environments in FS
• Previous Senior role with significant responsibility
• Strong commercial focus (understands intrinsically the impact on P and L)

Functional Skills:

• Be ambitious, driven and passionate about all things related to digital apps, with an excellent comprehension of how the industry works and the key world players
• Have polished presentation, communication, and analytical skills
• Have an adaptive style in being able to communicate often technical ideas in simple terms
• Have strong organizational skills, being able to manage multiple projects at once
