Quality Assurance Officer (Clarendon, Jamaica) - Knox Community College

Knox Community College under the auspices of the United Church in Jamaica and the Cayman Islands invites applications for Quality Assurance Officer.

Required education and experience:

• Master's degree in Quality Management, or related field 
• Teaching certification
• Minimum of five (5) years experience in Quality Assurance and Risk Manageemnt; institutional governance, administration/management
• Certification in ISO 9001 will be an asset
• Computer literate in MS Office, database and related software

Applicants should:

• Pay keen attentionto detail and be results driven
• Be proficient in the development of quality assurance systems
• Design and enforce quality controls in order to maintain the institution standards
• Act as a catalyst for change and improvement in the performance and quality of the institution
• Review processes on an ongoing basis in order to ensurethat they are aligned with current trends
• Possess the ability to build, nurture and maintain relationships internally and externally
• Display strong transformational leadership and change management skills
• Have proven expertise in strategic planning, leadership and facilities management
• Display strong organizational, interpersonal, analytical, negotiating and communication skills
• Knowledge of Project Management would be an asset
