Food and Beverage Supervisor (Kingston, Jamaica) - Goddard Catering Group

Goaddard Catering Group (Jamaica) Limited, a subsidiary of Goddard Enterprises Limited is seeking a dynamic and results oriented Food and Beverage Supervisor to be part of its Operations team in Kingston.

The Position:
The Food and Beverage Supervisor will report to the Manager, Concessions.

Applicants should possess the following:

• Be educated up to tertiary level in Food Services Management.
• Excellent interpersonal, communcation and analytical skills
• Previous supervisory experience will be an asset
• The ability to work flexible hours - public holidays and weekends
• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent team player
• Computer literacy
• Customer oriented; possess the ability to work independently and proactively in a fast paced environment

Professional Qualifications:

The successful candidate should possess:

• A diploma from a recognized tertiary institution in Hospitality Management
• Minimum of five (5) years working experience in the food service industry at a supervisory level

This is a challenging position which offers opportunities for growth and development to the person with dynamism and initiative.
