A leading general insurance company in Jamaica is seeking experienced persons to fill the following positions:

1. Customer Service Representative
2. Systems Administrator

Customer Service Representative

Qualifications:

• BSc. in Management Studies or Business Administration
• Six (6) CSEC subjects including Mathematics and English Language

Criteria: 

• Two (2) years experience in the insurance industry in the areas of underwriting and claims
• Computer skills - with experience in operating the Underwriting Insurance System
• Pleasant personality with good computer and communication skills

Systems Administrator

Qualification:

• BSc in Computer Science or equivalent 
• Knowledge of Windows Server
• Active Directory, Linux and VMware

Criteria:

• Two (2) years experience as a System Administrator
• Familiarity with CISCO phones and CISCO PBX system
• Ability to work productively inteams and skilled in problem solving.
