Food processing plant in Yallahs, St. Thomas is looking for ideal candidates to join our team:

Compliance and Quality Control Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that the product and facility meet/supersede all required relevant quality standards

Ideal candidates will have:

• Degree or diploma in Food Science
• Have knowledge of or the experience to implement and audit quality and process control systems such as HACCP, FSSC/22000, BRC and/or SQF
• In depth knowledge of food borne illnesses and the hazards that cause them
• Knowledge of local and international quality and food safety standards

Personality traits:

• Must be responsible, flexible
• Organized
• Detail oriented 
• Punctual
• Dependable
• Teaching skills

Payroll/Expense Clerk

Ideal candidate must

• Live in or near Yallahs, St. Thomas
• Be proficient in Excel
• Taxes/statutory
• GCT 
• Experience with QuickBooks a plus
