Accounts Receivable Clerk (Kingston, Jamaica) - Xsomo International Limited

Summary of Duties:

• Collect outstanding balances by communicating and negotiating with customers
• Research discrepancies, respond to queries, and liaise with other departments
• Ensure that all transactions are properly recorded
• Perform administrative functions as required

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

• An Associate degree in Accounts, Management Studies or equivalent
• Three (3) years experience working in a similar capacity
• Incumbent is required to display the highest level of honesty, confidentiality and integrity
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to think quickly and clearly
• Speak clearly and pleasantly at all times
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel
