• Ensuring the food preparation areas are clean and hygienic
• Cleaning and prepping food for sale
• Selling food
• Manning the cash register; handling cash and linx transactions with customers
• Keeps records and accounts of food purchases
• Communicates with owner about how to improve meal service
• Works well under pressure and within the time limit

Job Requirements:

1. Secondary school completion including Mathematics and English
2. Prior experience in related food and beverage service and food preparation positions
3. Good working knowledge of accepted sanitation standards and health codes
4. Able to handle work in a fast-paced environment
5. Valid food badge
6. Police Certificate of Character
7. Customer oriented
