IT Security Analyst (Kingston, Jamaica) - Jamaica Broilers Group of Companies

The Information Systems Department of Jamaica Broilers Group Limited is seeking a team oriented and highly confidential individual to monitor adherence to security policies, procedures and risk management frameworks across the Group; as well as monitoring security cvontrols for actionable alerts and tracking remediation efforts to join its team. The ideal candidate should possess:

• A first degree in the field of Computer Science or related discipline
• Certification in one (1) or more of the followingis desirable; GIAC Security Essentails, GIAC Security Leadership, ISACA Certified Information Systems Auditor, Microsft Certified Systems Engineer: Security
• Extensive experience in enterprise security documentcreation
• Experience in designing and delivering employee security awareness training
• Experience in Microsoft Active Directory and/or LDAP systems
• Working technical knowledge of firewall Administration and Vulnerability and Penetration testing
• Strong understanding of IP, TCP/IP and other network administration protocols
• Familiarity with Microsoft operating systems
• Ability to conduct research into IT security issues and products as required
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Good written and oral, interpersonal, communication skills
• Team-oriented and skilled in working withina collaborative environment
• Minimum of five (5) years demonstrated experience in similar capacity
• A reliable motor vehicle
