Housekeeper

• A live in housekeeper responsible for ensuring all assigned areas of home are clean, neat and tidy. This includes:
• • any indoor household cleaning and 
  • organizing tasks assigned by employer, and
  • may regularly include cleaning "projects'
  • Typical responsibilities include vacuuming, dusting, laundry, mopping, and waxing floors, and changing and laundering linen, heavy cleaning, cleaning windows and furniture

Caretaker

• Ability to work in numerous outdoor settings where he/she perform taks such as mowing lawns, pruning trees and shrubs, maintaining fountains, or cultivating flower beds
• Ability to use and maintain equipment such as weedwacker, lawn mower, etc.

Household Manager/Chef

• A live in Household Manager to oversee the general operation of the home
• Responsibilities include:
• • the planning, organizing and coordinating of events
  • managing household calendars and schedules
  • arranging appointments
  • scheduling and supervising home maintenance projects
  • paying household bills, and
  • completing any other requested administrative tasks
• Prepare meals in private homes according to employers' recipes or tastes, handling all meals for the family and possibly for other household staff
• Stock, organize and clean kitchens and cooking utensils
• Shop for or order food and kitchen supplies and equipment
• Serve meals and snacks employing families and their guests
• Plan menus according to employers' needs and diet restrictions
• Excellent oral and written communications skills
• Ability to work on own initiative
