A strata property in Negril invites applications from suitable, qualified persons for the following position: ACCOUNTANT

The ideal candidate for the position must have the necessary qualifications and experience oulined below.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Must have a Bachelors degree in Accounting or Business Administration from a reputable tertiary institution or have completed level II in the ACCA examinations
• A minimum of five years working experience in Accounting
• Knowledge of strata operations would be an asset
• Holder of a Driver's license would be an asset

Competency

• Strong computer skills with ability to work independently
• Good working knowledge of QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Must be detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
• Owners account reconciliation including preparation and submisson to the Commission of Strata Corporation
• Bank reconciliations
• Must be organized
