Schedule Coordinator

General description of the role:

This team member supports the mission of the practice by managing the client schedules and flow of treatment information in accordance with the establishedf protocols. He or she should acurately and consistently match the needs of the patient to the solutions offered by the Practice. The Schedule Coordinator is critical in promoting the sense of wellness and belonging which are features of the practice.

Qualifications:

• Bachleor's degree in Social Sciences, Humanities, Communications or equivalent
• CPR certified

Experience:

• Two (2) years previous experience in similar role/industry

Skills:

• Excellent customer relations practices
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good time management skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Proficiency inMicrosoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
