A family operated 64-suite luxury fully-inclusive resort, with an excellent reputation in the marketplace for service, gourmet food and facilities, invites suitably qualified applicants to fill the position of:

Restaurant Manager

Reporting to the Food and Beverage Manager, this position involves management of food and beverage service in two (2) restaurants and one (1) bar, as well as related areas of the resort. The ideal candidate should have the following experience, qualifications, and attributes:

• Five top eight (5 - 8) years experience in a similar role in a fine dining restaurant
• Training in supervisory skills
• Knowledge of wines and wine service, as well as familiarity with bar opoerations
• Tertiary studies in Hospitality or Food and Beverage operations from a recognized institution would be an advantage
• Must have experience in training subordinates
• Gracious and welcoming personality
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills
• Must enjoy public speaking
• Computer literate

The successful candidate would be responsible for maintaining high levels of health, hygiene and safety principles, and assisting with administrative duties.
