HR Operations and Industrial Relations Manager

Job Summary:

The HR Operations and IR Manager's primary function is to provide expert advice to the Core HR Team and the business in managing the key specialist areas of:

• Human Resources Information Systems.
• Compensation and Benefits.
• Records and Information Management.
• Human Resources reporting and analysis.

The HR Operations and IR Manager's primary responsibility is of manage the recruitment and selection cycle and employer branding in order to bring the best talent into the business. In addition to this, he/she is responsible for ensuring that we have a ready pool of candidates to meet the business needs.

Applicant Should Have:

(a) Education:

• B.Sc. In Management Studies, Human Resources Management, Psychology or related discipline,

(b) Experience:

• Four (4) years' experience in Human Resources Management, with at least two at a managerial level.

Specific Skills and Aptitude:

• Exceptional recruitment and assessment skills (including biographical and behavioural based interviewing and headhunting).
• Working knowledge of a wide variety of direct souring methodologies.
• Knowledge of manpower planning.
• Outstanding career coaching skills.
• Ability to apply career diagnostics tools including, DISC, 360-degree feedback,etc.
• Exceptional communication and people management skills.
• Ability to exercise considerable judgement and discretion in establishing and maintaining the company's policies and procedures while ensuring we maintain a positive working environment.
• Display high level of confidentiality.
• Ability to be flexible and respond to a variety of issues in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Advance working knowledge of MC Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio.
