Belmont Academy - Jamaica invites applications for FOOTBALL HEAD COACH

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND OBJECTIVES:

• The Head Coach teaches fundamental and advanced theories/skils and works with student athletes to prepare for competitions
• The Coach is an expert on the rules, strategies and techniques required for the discipline and is responsible for the coordination and (internal) recruitment of the student athletes participation for junior and senior teams among other duties.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Level 2 coaching certification or equivalent in the respective discipline from an authorized body
• Previous coaching experience working with adolescents, training in the Child Care Act, first aid certification
• Should be able to supervise Assistant Coaches

EXPECTATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Remuneration salary range: salary is based on mutualagreement between incumbent and the Academy's administration, based on a seasonal, non-benefitted position.
