Cashier Supervisor

Qualifications:

• At least three (3) years experience in a similar position
• Critical thinker with problem solving skills
• Ability to effectively manage people
• MUST be pleasant and courteous and able to interact with customers and co-workers effectively
• Mature, disciplined and confidential
• Team player
• Must have a proper time management skills 
• Keen eye for detail 
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast paced environment
• A minimum of five (5) CXC subjects (any supervisory/managerial training will be highly advantageous

The incumbent will oversee the organization's Cashier department. This includes managing of up to five (5) cashiers at a time. He/she will work closely with other senior managers collectively in problem solving and will report directly to the Managing Director.
