International Chemical Company invites applications for the position of:

 

Technical Sales & Service Manager

• The selected candidate will be required to:
• Lead technical sales and service team to achieve set objectives 
• Identify and lead the development of new business opportunities and provide analysis for discussion
• Guide and coach team members to improve personal and organizational performance
• Evaluate performance of ream against key performance indicators
• Manage new business development sales process from proposal to close
• Set, monitor and review objectives of the team 
• Expand awareness of our chemicals by communicating benefits and uses effectively to customers
• Provide chemical and technical training to team members and customers
• Deal with customer issues with team

 Knowledge & Skills

• Strong leadership skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills 
• Strong presentation, reporting, organizational and time management skills.
• Proven negotiation and sales closing techniques
• Proficient in the use of all areas of Microsoft

Qualifications, Experience & Requirements

• Diploma or Bsc. Chemical/Mechanical Engineering
• Have a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position
• Be willing to work extended hours
• Possess a reliable motor vehicle
• Be willing to travel island wide
