A new Babies Day care is opening soon at Moshono Arusha., where we have an excellent premises for the centre.
Aim: is to provide excellent Kids Day care services for babies from 2.5 -5 years olds while allowing parents to pursue their carriers.
The founder is looking for an experienced Day care Manager - who will be able to organize the start up, recruitment of kids and eventually the running of the day care
Qualifications:

1. The ideal candidate should be a mature, female candidate of 25 - 45 yrs of age
2. Must have basic qualification for a day care management from recognized training facility
3. At least 5 year experience from similar institution at a similar position
4. No History for criminal charges, domestic violence or child abuse
   5.Creativity in designing baby/child friendly environment ideal for day cares
5. Ability to work extra hours and weekends to meet individual parents requirements
6. Managerial skills to coordinate daily operations for day care including other staff involved in the program
7. Good communication skills (both English and Kiswahili) to meet the needs for all kids and their parents
   8 Organize and coordinate programs suitable for preparation of children as they prepare to join Pre - school classes.
