We are looking for innovative, dynamic, driven, energetic and goal-oriented individuals to work with a digital and large format printing company and Digicel dealer storelocated in Kingston.

Office Manager/Accounting Clerk

The incumbent will:
  • Process accounts payable invoices
  • Enter invoices into the accounting system and distribute entries to appropriate G/L accounts according to proper accounting procedures
  • Preparation of cheques and cheque requisitions, and data entry of same into QuickBooks
  • Monitor and distribute all Petty Cash and Float transactions. Enter same in QuickBooks daily
  • Review the Petty Cash and Float disbursements and enter same on QuickBooks
  • Assist in processing customer payments
  • Prepare payroll for employees twice per month
  • Have an understanding of, and be able to apply accounting principles, with current knowledge of statutory  regulations

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Qualifications in Accounting
  • Experience will be an asset
  • Exposure to QuickBooks will be an advantage
Clerical Assistant
  • Provide administrative support to the entities
  • Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Two plus (2+) years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Proficiency in English
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
