Brand Champion (Trinidad & Tobago) - Abel Building Solutions

Location: North Central - Curepe, Mt. Hope, San Juan (Trinidad and Tobago)

Objectives and General Overview of the position:
Summary of Job:
Responsible for the strategic growth and development of designated Brands within Abel Building Solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with sales managers to achieve targetted market share
• Monitor and advise on achievement of the brand's profitability and manage expenses in line with budget
• Act as liaison between operations and sales to ensure marketing strategies are implemented seamlessly and effectively
• Conceptualize, present and implement marketing strategies that would ensure brand presence in accordance with company's annual objectives
• Provide fact-based, analytical information to support budgets, sales initiatives and strategic growth initiatives
• of the BRAND
• Working with the marketing team to ensure the execution of tactical and strategic marketing activities (promotions, displays, trade shows, PR)
• Ensure adherence to the Brand's corporate identity across all Product Centers, Franchises and Dealer networks
• Conduct analysis of market scenarios, including competitor products and prices, and develop and update product line information accordingly
• Conduct all sales and product training on the brand
• Responsible for submitting all reports on the Brand to team lead and executives
• Work closely with the Brand Analyst in the branding activities for all ABS brands

Education and Training:

• MBA or MSc in Marketing would be an asset

Degree and major if applicable:

• Marketing, Sales or Business Administration

Required hands-on, technical or other types of training to perform job:

• At least five (5) years experience in Marketing and Local Sales
• Exposure to construction sectorwould be an asset
• Knowledge/ability to sell
