• Have strong verbal and written communication skills
• Possess well developed and proven supervisory and management skills
• Demonstrate the ability to work with people in a unionized environment
• Possess good work attitude and be willing to work extra hours when necessary 
• Have proficiency in various computer applications
• Ability to develop budgets and other reports and present them in a timely manner
• Ability to devise action plans
• Possess the ability to network and collaborate with stakeholders
