A secondary school diploma (or PSC-approved equivalent) OR an acceptable combination of education, training and experience related to the position

EXPERIENCE:
-Experience in dealing with the public, both by telephone and in person
-Experience providing a variety of general administrative services including three or more of the following: document preparation; conference and meeting arrangements; recording meeting minutes; maintaining, creating and managing files; managing the flow of and drafting correspondence; maintaining databases; and procurement
-Recent experience working with Microsoft Office suite of software
-Experience in dealing with the public, both by telephone and in person
