The intent of this process is to create a pool of qualified candidates for various staffing requirements such as Indeterminate, Term, Acting Assignments, Assignments/Secondment. A secondary school diploma.
Degree equivalencyExperience in providing administrative support services in an office environment.
Experience in maintaining financial accounts.
Experience in using financial systems.
Experience in the use of various software programs such as: Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
If you possess any of the following, your application must also clearly explain how you meet it (other qualifications)
Post-secondary school diploma or degree.
Degree equivalencyExperience working within the Federal Public Service, in a field of administration, or finance.
Experience coordinating travel and/or working with travel booking systems.
Experience in procurement activities such as: the use of standing offers, requesting quotations for goods or services, managing contracts etc.
Experience in budget administration.
