Description: 
This incumbent will be responsible for assisting in the protfolio managment function of NCB Capital Markets Limited (NCBM). The incumbent is expected to assist with the management of:

• All investment portfolios managed by NCBCM
• Any other products/s that the Unit is responsible for.

Core Functions:

• Develop and execute strategies to increase revenues from investments such as net interest income, trading income and commission income.
• Identifies and coordinates the purchase and/or sale of various assets within the portfolios within a specified framework.
• Observe and analyse the financial markets and advise on developments in the local and international bond, money and currency markets.
• Prepare periodic reports on the performance and structure of the Portfolios managed by the Company.
• Prepare periodic analysis and evaluation of risk under various portfolio scenarios and levels of stress.
• Prepare economic and company analyses to support the portfolio management process.
• Evaluates, monitors and responds to the competitive environment.
• Oversee the preparation and distribution of daily rate sheet to relevant Units.
• Promotes the company and its products through seminars, workshops and presentations to various interest groups.
