A leading hardware Retailer seeks qualified persons to fill the capacity of:

 Human Resource Officer

The incumbent will oversee the organization/s Human Resource Department. This includes handling and resolving all matters related to Human Resources which may arise. He/she will work closely with other senior managers collectively in problem solving and will report directly to the shareholders. 

Qualifications: 

• At least 5 years experience in a similar position 
• Critical Thinker with Problem solving skills
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Mature, Disciplined and Confidential
• Team Player
• Must have proper time management skills
• Keen eye for detail
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast paced environment 
• Must possess a BSc. or higher degree in Business Administration
