Qualifications: 

• Must have three (3) years minimum experience in customer service/retail sales
• Experience in the hardware retail environment and sound knowledge of hardware and building products will be highly advantageous
• MUST  be pleasant and courteous
• Mature and disciplined
• Must have proper time management skills
• Must be able to communicate effectively
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast paced environment
• Ability to easily grasp new concepts
