Advanced Call Center Technologies is offering Customer Service position in one of the leading call centers in Monteg Bay, Jamaica. Come and join the winning team!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Identifies, researches and resolves customer issues;
  • Manages difficult or emotional customer situations;
  • Responds promptly to customer needs;
  • Solicits customer feedback to improve service;
  • Responds to requests for service and assistance
  • Maintains confidentiality; keeps emotions under control;
  • Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; listens and gets clairification; responds quickly and effectivelyto customer questions
  • Multitask well while speaking with the customer
  • Demostrates accuracy and thoroughness; looks for ways to improve and promote quality
  • Meet productivity and sales standards; completes work in timely manner; works quickly
  • Is consistently at workand on time; ensures work responsibilities are covered when absent 
  • Follows instructions, responds to management directions
  • Takes responsibility for own actions; keeps commitments


Job Requirements: 
Education:
  • Three (3) CXC subjects including English Language/ Call Center experience/Customer Service certificate from HEART Trust/NTA
  • The ability to present a police record or receipt that police reord is in process is an asset
  • Clear and concise communication skill
  • Ability to build rapport over the telephone
  • Data entry and basic computer skills
  • Flexible to work various shifts including nights, weekends and public holidays
  • Must be able to successfully pass crminal background check and drug screen
  • MUST HAVE A VALID ID, TRN AND NIS
