Suitable applicants must possess the following:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Three plus (3+) years experience in a similar capacity
• Exceptional customer service skills for both internal and external customers
• The ability to write, speak and interact clearly and professionally
• Good analytical skills with a strong sense of urgency and a penchant for being detail oriented
• Excellent organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills
• The ability to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality
• Capabilities in Microsoft Office Suite
