Micro-finance company invites suitable, qualified applicants for the position of:

Collections Supervisor (Kingston)

Key Responsibility:

To use strategies which will enable maximum collections from delinquent customer, eg. prepare various letters of demand, the use of SMS text.

Qualifications, Experience and Attributes:

• Degree in Business Administration or equivalent qualifications
• One (1) year proven experience in collections preferably within the micro-finance or banking processing sector
• Good knowledge of collections and excellent customer service appreciation/skills

Accounts Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Reconciliation of all bank accounts, credit card receipt, journal entries and other accounting functions

Qualifications, Experience and Attributes:

• Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or equivalent qualification
• One (1) year proven experience in accounting preferably within the micro-finance or banking processing sector
