• Consistently display proven leadership skills to motivate and manage your team
• Own the confidence to liaise with other Heads of Department and deliver what the client wants with a can do attitude
• Possess excellent organizational, administrative and leadership skills, with a penchant for problem-solving
• Are able to maintain flexible work schedule 
• Have acquired and utilized the food and beverage, and food service knowledge while gaining at least five (5) years experience in banqueting, event planning, hospitality and food service
• Have proven track record of providing and maintaining superior service levels, with a detail-oriented approach
• Have been formally trained in Hospitality, event planning and banqueting
