A successful food manufacturing and distribution company requires Sales Supervisor for Montego Bay, St. Ann and Mandeville.

Core responsibilities:

• Monitor and attain weekly sales targets
• Must be able to train, supervise and motivate sales staff 
• Devise and implement strategies to achieve sales target 
• Reconcile contractors’ accounts  
• Make frequent route checks

Qualifications:

• A first Degree from a recognized institution preferably in the area of Marketing and Sales 
• Three years experience in sales 
• Well-developed supervisory skills 
• Able to work under pressure 
• Available to work six days per week 
• Committed to building and maintaining good customer service relations 
• Able to communicate with individuals verbally and in writing with individuals of all levels. 
• Display high level of initiative 
• Computer literate (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint) 
• Own and operate a reliable motor vehicle.
