Executive Chef

(Kingston and Montego Bay)

• Three (3) years experience as an Executive Chef/Kitchen Manager
• Experience working with a franchise or restaurant system
• Must have recent background in menu item creation, costing and roll-out
• Strong background in management and coaching of back of the house team members including food preparation, production and safety, and sanitation. 
• Familiar with industry best practices
• Working knowledge of software such as MS Office, Restaurant Management Software, Point of Sale systems
• Well developed oral and written communication skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends, late shifts and public holidays
• Holder of valid food handlers permit

Inventory Manager

(Montego Bay)  

• Tertiary level qualifications in Business Administration/Management Studies or any related field
• Two (2) years experience in inventory management, preferably in the restaurant industry
• Experience working with a franchise or restaurant system
• Well developed oral and written communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
• Working knowledge of software such as MS Office
