Remuneration
The SADC Secretariat offers a competitive package for all the positions listed below.
Job Grade Average Package per Annum:
Job Grade 8 US$ 31,134
Job Grade 9 US$ 30,857
Job Grade 10a US$ 24,638

Tenure of appointment: The appointment will be made on a fixed term contract for a period of four (4) years, renewable for an equal period subject to satisfactory performance.
