Accounting Officer

Characteristics of the Consultancy
Type of Consultancy: Individual Consultant
Duration: 18 months
Place of work: Consultant os to perform majority of the work at CSJP assigned facility.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/ACCA level 2
• At least three (3) experience in Accounting and Auditing
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Skilled in managing external relationships
• Good problem solving and decision making skills

Technical

• Knowledge of Government Accounting
• Knowledge of Accounting policies and procedures
• Knowledge of Financial Administration and Audit (FAA) Act

Type of Consultancy: Individual consultant

Duration: 18 months

Place of work: Consultant is to perform majority of the work at CSJP assigned facility.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics or completion of ACCA level 2/AAT level 3/CAT level 3
• At least three (3) years experience in Accounting using accounting software
• Experience with IDB funded projects will be an asset
• Experience in the Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint applications
• Excellent Knowledge of financial standards and procedures
• Excellent knowledge of budgeting and reconciliation
• Excellent numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to details with a high degree of accuracy

Compliance Officer

Characteristics of the Consultancy

Type of Consultancy: Individual Consultant

Duration: 18 months

Place of work: Consultant is to perform majority of the work at CSJP assigned facility

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor degree in the Sciences/Humanities or related field
• At least three (3) years experience in Project or Programme related environment
• Knowledge of portfolio/risk management will be an asset
• Ability to formulate proactive  measures to achieve  required objectives
• Strong analytical and report writing skills
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral)

• Long irregular hours
• Willingness to work under pressure
