MICROFINANCE COMPANY 

Invites suitable qualified applicants for the following positions:

Location: Kingston, Jamaica

Cashier

Key Responsibilities: 

• Prepares and prints cheques as required.
• Disbursement of loan proceeds
• Updates clients' accounts daily with received payment(s)
• Prepares lodgements to ensure they are deposited within one (1) work day of receipt
• Prepares daily lodgement reconciliation

Minimum required education and experience:

• Diploma in Business Studies or Accounts
• At least two (2) years relevant experience
• Able to work flexible hours

Sales  and Marketing Reps

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conducts visits to clients' companies/organizations on a scheduled basis 
• Conducts presentations to individuals or selected groups within companies/organizations to ensure awareness of Company and its products and services 
• Conducts specific programmed on-site sales promotion to create significant sales impact 
• Ensures that proper due diligence is exercised regarding the identity of applicants through the presentation and validation of all required identification for all initiated loans 
• Liaises internally with Operations/Accounts/Collections personnel, as required, to resolve issues and to facilitate prompt and efficient loan processing for clients

 Qualifications:
• BSc. in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or equivalent qualification 
• One (1) year's sales/marketing experience preferably within the micro-finance or banking sectors 
• Good knowledge of loan processing 
• Excellent customer service appreciation and skills 
• Proficiency in the use relevant computer applications 
• Excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills 
• Good problem solving skills and tenacity 
• Excellent interpersonal skills 

Sales and Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develops and implements strategic marketing and sales plans forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.
• Develops and manages sales and marketing operating budgets
• Plans and oversees advertising and promotional activities including print, online and electronic media
• Develops and recommends product positioning and pricing strategy to produce the highest possible long-term market share
• Ensures effective control of marketing results, and takes corrective action to guarantee that achievement of marketing objectives falls within designated budgets
• Oversees and evaluates market research and adjusts marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions
• Monitors competitor products, sales and marketing activities
