A Kingston based Group of Companies is currently looking to fill three (3) vacant positions, namely, Senior Accountant – Receivables and Inventory; Junior Accounting Clerk – Receivables and a Warehouse Supervisor.

SENIOR ACCOUNTANT

Receivables and Inventory

Basic Requirements:

• ACCA Level II/BSc/BBA in Accounts;
• At least two (2) years’ experience in Accounts Recievables;
• Competent in the use of ACCPAC Accounting Software;
• Very Detail oriented;
• Ability to communicate effectively in both written and oral forms;

JUNIOR ACCOUNTING CLERK

Receivables/Billing/Invoicing

Basic Requirements:

• CAT/AAT/ACCA Level 1/ Diploma in Account;
• At least one (1) year experience in Accounts Receivables;
• Experience in Billing/Invoicing is an asset;
• Knowledge of ACCPAC Accounting Software would be an advantage;
• Very Detail oriented;
• Ability to communicate effectively in both written and oral forms;

WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR

Basic Requirements:

• Diploma in Business Administration/ Logistics etc.
• At least 1 year related experience;
• Experience in Inventory Management would be an asset.
