The candidate will have the following responsibilities:
• He/she will be responsible for recording accurate receival and delivery of goods 
• Communicate with production department all warehouse requirements to ensure that maximization of sales by guaranteeing product availability at all times and providing timely deliveries 
• Relieving route salesmen & delivery drivers as needed 
• To provide the finance department with sales, receivables and financial report as required by the company. 


Qualifications:
• Good oral and written communication skills 
• Very customer oriented with a focus on details 
• CXC passes in English Language, Mathematics and Principles of Business 
• Ability to work on shift system and outside normal working hours 
• At least three years experience in similar position 
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word (Preferably Certify) 
• General Drivers Licence (7000 kg) 
• Ownership of a reliable motor vehicle would be an assets 
• Self motivated with a high level if initiative and able to work in a team
